By accessing and using MTGVault (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

MTGVault is a collection management platform for trading card games, specifically Magic: The Gathering. The Service allows users to:

• Track and organize their card collections digitally
• View estimated market values for their cards
• Monitor collection statistics and growth over time
• Search and add cards from the complete MTG database
• Gain levels by growing your collection
• Collect achievements

3 User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Requirements:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may only maintain one account

4 User Conduct

6 Pricing and Value Estimates

Card prices displayed on MTGVault are estimates based on third-party data sources and are provided for informational purposes only.

• Prices are updated periodically but may not reflect real-time market values
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of price estimates
• Prices should not be solely relied upon for buying or selling decisions
• Actual market prices may vary significantly from displayed estimates

7 Limitation of Liability

MTGVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or collection information
• Financial losses based on price estimates
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
